I Ordered for the sony mdr xb ** ap earphones on cash on delivery order on **th of july and my item is delivered on *rd of august and it is shipped through ecom express and i paid the amount through google pay.To my shock they sent a duplicate product and it doesn't belongs to any specific brand. I contacted flipkart *-* times and i raised * complaints With complaint ids

But they are not even contacted me and they also closed the complaint stating that the issue is resolved.They even rejected my return request * times .
