Subject: Complaint Against Lifestyle Stores for Wrong Product Delivery and Denial of Resolution Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Lifestyle Stores for delivering the wrong product and subsequently refusing to acknowledge or rectify the issue. Details of the Complaint: Order Number: ********** Product Ordered: POLICE Chronograph Watch - PLPEWGC******* Date of Order : **th March Mode of Purchase: Online via Lifestyle Stores' official website Nature of the Problem: I had ordered a specific Police watch (Product Code: PLPEWGC*******). However, the product I received was clearly different in terms of design and appearance, even though the packaging and invoice mentioned the correct product code. To my surprise, the incorrect product also carried the same product code (PLPEWGC*******), indicating a possible issue with incorrect labeling or mismanagement of product variants under the same code. Actions Taken: Upon identifying the discrepancy, I immediately contacted Lifestyle's customer service and shared photographic evidence of the incorrect product received. However, I received only automated email responses. One such message stated: "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the wrong product of your order **********. We have escalated the issue to our concerned team, and as per our team update we shipped correct product. Hence we will not able to accommodate your request on same." Despite clear evidence, the company is denying responsibility and is refusing to issue a replacement, refund, or even initiate a proper investigation. Relief Sought: Immediate investigation into the discrepancy of product coding and packaging. Replacement with the correct Police watch as per the product image listed on the website. Full refund in case the correct product is unavailable. Penalty or disciplinary action against the seller for misleading product listings and failure to resolve a legitimate customer grievance. I request your kind intervention to resolve this issue at the earliest and ensure that consumers are not subjected to such negligence and poor service.
