I ordered shoes on instagram from a seller called 'rawofshoes'. On their page (in bio), they have shared a watsapp link where buyers chat with the seller to provide details of shoes they are interested in, including screenshots of the shoe, size enquiry, address details on confirmation, etc. After confirming shoe availability and size, they asked for advance for COD. I received the order after two weeks and paid **** to the courier guys (Delhivery). It was a very cheap replica and a completely different shoe from the one I ordered. I called the seller but there was no response. I then shared the picture of the order on WhatsApp message with the buyer. They didn't respond and immediately blocked me. It is not a huge amount but I am sure they are scamming thousands of people this way. There is no way to contact them except for their mobile no. I have * other people in my social circle who have been scammed by the same seller. This is complete fraud. I am certain that everything on their page including customer testimonials and screenshots of WhatsApp messages with 'happy customers' are all fake.

Even if I don't get a refund, I would like someone to take some form of action against such scammers. I do hope that something is done. Please help.
