I ordered for a Hawkeye SE *k action camera from Infrill.com. But they have sent me a different product...a ****p sports camera that has no comparison to that hawkeye camera...The specifications are worse. I tried to contact them via the chatbox but didn't receive any reply. But when I enquired about some other product from a different account, they responded at no time. That means they are ignoring my complaint. I mailed them...No reply whatsoever. Clicked on the return item button. No response until now. Tried calling them on the customer support number given on their website...But...that is switched off...
