I ordered a saree worth Rs. *** and shipping charge is Rs. *** on COD. The product received is of different colour and worst quality. But the item which I received was not at all similar to what they are shown in the picture. Not even worth *** Rs. I requested for return and they took back the product the same day. But they are not refunding me the amount as mentioned in their return policy within * days. When I tried to contact them, there is no response. I tried to mail them to send messages. The phone number mentioned on their website is always switched off. There is no response. They just see the message and ignore it. They should at least give some response. A completely fraudulent company. The ads which they are giving in facebook is for premium silk saree products and the product getting shipped is worst quality cheap different product. I want the refund to be credited back in my account.
