I have received the wrong product (worth of *** to rupees)and its not working at all (received on *th Jan ****), on same day I have sent my return request on their website and they have accepted to processed maximum **days (latest by **th Jan ****), but still they have start process my return request. I have tried to contact them by emails and phone calls thru customer care (*****-*****) but nobody respond my calls, after some time switched off their mobile. Kindly help me to get my money back.
