- Wrong Product Delivered and Not giving refund Open

I ordered a "HERE & NOW Cotton Casual Shirt" from Myntra (Order ID: #********************) for ₹***.**. I requested a size exchange, and the original item was picked up. However, on June **, ****, the replacement package delivered to me contained a cheap, random sari-like cloth instead of the shirt.
I recorded a continuous, unedited unboxing video as clear proof. Despite raising multiple tickets and escalating the matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH Docket No: *******), Myntra arbitrarily closed the disputes using generic templates and refused my refund based on internal warehouse records that they refuse to share.
What I Want / Resolution Sought:
Full refund of the product amount (₹***.**).
Appropriate legal compensation for severe mental agony and the time wasted dealing with automated, negligent customer care support.
