Ordered total * products from zivame. None of the products i have ordered is received.
Out of * products one product we received refund of amount **** Rs
Other * products
One courier package received which has * products details in the label but inside the packet their was only one item which was not ordered by me this info shared to customercare@zivame.com
I have been tracking this from * months and i am not getting a proper feedback.
Every time when i contact they are asking for ** hours waiting time for the past * months.

On **th Jan wen i contacted zivame is saying the product delivered with non tampered so they cannot process further.
They don’t have answer for wrong product delivered and missing items and again asking for another ** hours.
I would request support to get my money back.
