- Wrong product delivered and getting multiple parcels for a single order Open

I ordered a suit on meesho.on **th march ****,in the app, the product was not even showed as shipped , but I recieved it on the same day itself.i took the product thinking there could be some technical mistake on the app thats why it is not showing correct location details of the product.as the product was cash on delivery, I paid *** rs. to the delhivery executive.immediately I opened it to found there were some pieces of clothes inside the parcel and definetely not the product which I ordered.i called meesho.they asked me to mail them some pictures of the package and product which I sent them.they told me they will provided me the solution after *-* days but I haven't recieved any solution yet.the next day on **th March, in the app, my order got shipped through ecom express but the parcel which I recieved on **th March was delivered by Delhivery.Now who sent that parcel to me by the name of meesho.either meesho is doing fraud or there must be some data leakages from their side.using the data, some *rd person would have sent me the parcel pretending it to be the original one.
But today, on **st March, that parcel which was shipped through ecom express came and that is the actual meesho parcel .although I didn't recieved it as I had already recieved a parcel for the same order on **th March.
Now the question is why meesho is sending multiple parcels for a single order.how customers like me would know which is the original one and which one is fake.
So ultimately I am saying that meesho is responsible for my ***rs. money and I want to return that fake wrong product which I recieved. As I didn't received today's parcel, the app is showing that I didn't accept the parcel. But I have already recieved a parcel for this very same order.
So I want my money back and I would recommend you all to stay away from these fraud apps and report them.

Meesho App - Cannot access the app or website Closed
I ordered few products in which different product was delivered on my address and when I created a return, my account has been blocked. Is this how the company works. Refund the money otherwise I will take this complaint further....
