I bought ** t-shirts from tkameez.com, when the ordered arrived these were ** completely different t-shirts in style and size, none of them were which I ordered. When I contacted them via email they replied by asking me to wait while they looked into it and finally they replied by saying that "due to lockdown they can't pick the order up, so I should keep these t-shirts and they will send me some compensation in the tkameez wallet". These t-shirts are not of my size and I can't use them, I have asked them to return my money and take these away but they haven't replied back after that. There is no other contact number that I can reach them with and the above listed number is of no use.
