I ordered the Evora Streamline Pro Steam Straightener Brush from evoraparis.com vide Order #EVP**E*****Z on ** January **** and paid ₹**** online.
However, upon opening the package received on **/**/****, I was shocked to find that a completely wrong product, namely an Ionic Hair Straightener Brush, was sent instead of the product ordered. In addition, the free gift Elixir Noir Straightening Serum that was clearly mentioned as part of the order was not sent.
I had sent them all the proofs including the video as per their Refund/ Return policy and on ** Jan **** evoraparis team replied that they are examining the issue and will reply me within **-** years. Since then I have sent numerous emails dated ** Jan, ** Jan, ** Jan ,** Jan **** but not received any reply.
The unboxing video and the photographs of the product received along with evoraparis reply dated ** Jan **** are attached.
Kindly help me in getting my refund of Rs ****/-. The firm can take back it's wrong product in original unused condition.
