We ordered Braun Make " Silk Expert Pro * PL**** IPL( white)" on **/**/** having value of INR ***** . Package got delivered to us on **/**/** with invoice number"*****CO*********" bearing value of INR **,*** and order ID ******* ************** .
After opening the package we found it was footwear instead of the product we ordered. We filed complaint with Myntra Customer care the very moment. Our ordeal started with multiple follow-ups without any update from Myntra customer care. Every time they will ask for **-** hours extension. After ** days that wrote us back that their quality check indicate the right product has been delivered inspite of the proof given by us while lodging the compliant on **/**/**. We approached their grievance cell by email but to our shock within no time they just repeated the same conclusion.
We wan to get either the right product or refund from the company.
