I've ordered a MI **T mobile phone for ***** rupees in emi in snapmint next day they sent a whatsapp msg ieproduct isn't available choose som other product in same cost I chose to cancel it and reorder it some days to refund and I ordered realme * speed edition which cost same ***** rupees. I recieved wrong product some boldfit spider shaker. I messaged them in help there is no option to return and raise complaint regarding this issue and there is no contact number to call and tell them .they don't reply my messages it's been a week if my emi deducts i can't lose my hard earned money it's */* of my salary i can't lose it for this pls help me in this situation.
