I ordered a product Nova professional NHP **** Hair Dryer from Myntra on and delivered on **th April. When I opened the product
*. Received completely different product Model number ordered is **** and received is ****
*. It is used product with so much scratches and not in usable condition.
I raised request * times but they are rejecting that saying that product passed all quality checks so that we cannot return the product. I had a talk with them for * hours and they are not at all customer friendly. I want to raise for my refund and mental trauma they caused by rejecting my request and multiple calls
