This is MAHESH.I my mobile number is **********.I am vodafone postpaid customer converted to postpaid from prepaid on *-**-****.
I got call from the customer care giving offer for converting into postpaid they gave me the offer of plan ***.
They told that this plan include (unlimited local and std calling *GB internet and daily *** sms)
But they gave the wrong information now the operator is charging for std calls and for the sms also.
I gave so many complaints by calling customer care but they are not responding.
I will pay the bill amount of Rs *** other than that I dont pay extra bill.
The person who gave the wrong commitment is **********.
please take action on him and convert my sim into prepaid.
