Hi Team,
This is probably the **th time I am trying to reach out to you guys about the wrong product shipment for Order ID- *******-*******-*******.
I have tried to connect with your customer care representatives N number of times on both Phone calls and facebook chats/comments. None of them have been able to give me a solution for the loss I have faced due to sheer irresponsible behaviour by Product Packaging team who instead of Men’s Watch shipped A WOMEN’s Top.
To my surprise, a company like Myntra fails to take the responsibility of their mistake even when the delivery boy himself is ready to testify the same. His details being -

I have already filed a complaint with consumer court -OLI************** and will be forced to take legal actions if I am not given a satisfactory response.
Also to mention, it’s not a matter of **** rupees but about the trust that we place in a brand like Myntra which is broken, and I am sure neither me nor the people who know me will ever make their purchases from Myntra in future cause trust once broken isn’t easy to build again.
