- Wrong medicine delivered and refund not received Open

On *rd may **** i ordered ludura *% cream from medlife which is of rs *** in medlife website and on *th may i recieved my package but the package i recieved is not the medicine that i order instead of ludura cream i received * packets of Olsar H** tablets Batch no - *FU*G***.
The name and address in the invoice outside the box is correct which is in my wife name Sangeeta Rawat, but the product and price mention at the invoice is wrong as it is mentioned Health care product and amount is ***.*rs but the courier guy which is from xpressbees took rs *** from me, also i contacted the medlife customer care same day for this issue they are saying that the product is showing not delivered yet and the order is delivering by some Eccom courier but when i checked in the medlife website on same day evening in my account order id is #OR****OPC-***A and when i press "Track here" for checking courier detials it is clearly showing that the order is from xpressbees courier and the details mention in that is tracking id - ************* and order id FL**********. and it shows the product is delivered today i.e on *th may **** at *:**pm. I also informed the courier guy regarding wrong product but he said to contact directly to the medlife care, and on the same day i raise a request to return and refund , on *th the courire guy came and take the product from me, and on *th the product is delivered at the warehouse of medlife.
since then i contacted medlife many time but they keep on saying to wait we are trying to resolve the issue its almost ** days and they are just doing the same thing i also mailed them and raised an issue but still haven't got any solution, i have loose all my patient and beleive to this worst company and they mentally torutred me a lot, so i want to file and FIR and Consumer complaint against this company .
Kindly help me in this regards.
if you want all the images of the courier recived and the mails i have with me.
Please let me know how to sue this company so that no one get fooled agains by this recless company.
