My order id is :NMS*************M.
Order delivered on **th Oct,****. On that same day I have informed the team that a wrong product has been delivered to me. They confirmed a return or replacement or refund will be generated within ** hours. But no update. Again I called last week and asked for the update. They asked for ** hours. But still no response.
I don't know how you guys are doing business or maintain good reputation in market.
