I Rohan Joshi Purchased Neptune Hub Watch ORDER ST**** of ****/-, i recieved the parcle on **/**/****, as i opened the parcle it was a watch having price not more than ***/-, i instantly mailed on their given mail id. on **/**/**** and they replied me after * days on **/**/**** telling "once we get any update from the seller we'll update you on the same." now its * days no reply from their side, as they have ** days return and replace period is getting over. its request to look into the matter and direct further
