This is to Inform you that I had Ordered Sandal under your special Price Offer for Rs.***/- ( as per attached Order Item) but Actually I got Wrong item (as per attached PDF) on COD basis.
I had been chasing with your Channel Partner ZOP & Urbal OWL since **.**.****;but they are busy giving Diplomatic Answers also even Nodal officers have not properly replied.
Also Email sent to support@haritutradingprivatelimited.com; grievance.officer@haritutradingprivatelimited.com, was RETURN BACK.
Kindly intervene the matter and request to SEND ME MY ORDERED ITEM IMMEDIATELY.
