On **th January ****, I had placed an order for a Redmi Note * Pro ( Shadow Black, *GB RAM **GB
Storage with Helio G** T processor with amazon using my credit card. The total amount was for Rs.
**,***.**
As i was tracking my order, it was supposed to be delivered on the **nd, Wednesday morning to my
address but was delivered in the evening same day.
To my surprise when i opened the delivered packet, I had in my possession a Redmi Note * ( Neptune Blue,
*GB RAM, *** GB Storage) and not the one I had ordered - a Redmi Note * Pro ( Shadow Black, *GB RAM
**GB Storage.
I already registered my complaint with amazon and sent the images of the product received by me.
I feel cheated by Amazon, India and its associates as i was supposed to gift this mobile to my son for his forthcoming board examinations. This has caused me immense mental pain
