Saree purchased online, order no. bs************. I'd ordered a saree online from the website banarasstyle.com. I paid **** Rs for the same and the saree that I've received is a completely different saree and a very cheap one looks like worth ***-*** Rs.
They have written on their site that they have an easy return policy. However, contact numbers provided on their website i.e. www.banarasstyle.com and ********** are invalid. Also, they don't respond to mail or messages on FB messenger. They are comfortably looting people's money and looks like doing some big fraud as so many people are commenting on their site for the wrong product delivered. They delete the comments within * hours and block the customer. That is what they have done with me as well.
I look forward to a solution to stop this fraud and prevent people from losing their hard earned money.
