- Wrong item received and problem in return ^Open

I have ordered one silk saree from the TSKADI site and it as delivered the day before yesterday. But the item which I have received is not the same as I have seen on that site. So I want to return the item. As per the return policy written I have to call this number ********** and file a return request. When I called for the first time they ask me please send me the order id and item picture which I received. I sent it and called them back but thereafter till now no one picking up my call and it is saying all the executives are now busy, please hold on. even I am not getting any reply on WhatsApp. I have gone through the site but could not found any return item option. Please find the attached screenshots.
