Mitsubishi Heavy *.* Ton Inverter Split Hi-Wall Air Conditioner * STAR (Srk**yvs-W*, White) B**KWG*N*F ( Srk**yvs-W* ) was ordered from Amazon India
on **.**.**** with Invoice No DL-*********-****.
But on receiving it was found that different product was delivered.
We have contacted many times to Amazon for replace with original product or return of the item and full refund.
Everytime, we contacted but get any positive response. Neither amazon tried to see that wrong item has been delivered nor they replaced it.
The product lying in my home uninstalled for the last * months. Total amount of Rs **,*** is wasted.
