- Wrong item delivered after 55 days of delay Open

Ordered a product (order no. ********) from banggood on **-**-**** via India direct shipping which will be delivered within *-** business days. But the parcel went through an unexpected delay for ** days and got delivered on **-**-****. During the delay period I tried my level best to know what have happened to the parcel but the customer service kept on saying that to wait and never said whats went wrong. Now upon receiving the parcel I founded that the product is totally different from what I have ordered. On contacting their customer service they said that something has went wrong and they would start an investigation on the parcel which take another * month to complete and then decide what to do. This is a totally a wrong attitude towards a customer who has been kept waiting for ** days to deliver the wrong parcel and again * month for its investigation. It’s a total loss of money, time and I didn’t get the product at the time I need and neither could I buy from another site since banggood didn’t initiated refund and they totally locked down my money which I spent on it.
What I need now is they should reorder the parcel with the fastest shipping as possible and should give me a considerable compensation for all the hardship I went through. Refunding won’t work now since I ordered the product on promotional sales and the price was low then but now the sale has ended and price has risen so I can’t buy that product with the refund amount.
