I ordered a genuine leather personalized tote bag as a gift from “Classy Leather Bags” on September **th for $***.** USD. It was delivered to me here in the USA on September **th. The bag I received looks nothing like the images on their website.
There are no natural color variations, which are typical of genuine leather. The bag is just a uniform color. It lacks structure, and I found residue glue and scratches on the bottom.
Additionally, there is no weight to the bag, nor does it have the distinctive smell that genuine leather usually has. Instead, it had a strong chemical odor. It felt more like a synthetic leather bag.
I contacted their customer support and raised my concerns. I even offered to send the bag back for them to repurpose since I have no use for it. I received only an apology. I feel like I was scammed. It’s definitely not worth the money I spent.
