I booked order for a show item "Dandpatta", as per the advertisement on the company website. I received a parcel from the company on **-**-****. I paid Rs ****/- for the Dandpatta while receiving the parcel. When I opened the parcel I found a different item "Dhop sword" in it. I communicated to the company by phone on the mobile number given on website. It was replied to me that it's a mistake and the wrong item delivered will be exchanged with the proper item Dandpatta in *,* days. After that I waited for a month but no exchange or
any communication regarding it, was done by the company. I tried to call many times on the given number, but nobody replied. I gave messages on the WhatsApp on company number. They're seen but not replied. There I registered my grievance against the company with NCH. They also sent * reminders to the company but without any response from the company. Meanwhile the company website is also showing as Disabled. Then NCH suggested me to file a case through edaakhil. I am a senior citizen age **. Hence requesting to guide me in this regard. Thanks
