A parcel was delivered vide AWB************ yesterday.
The company detailed address, gst no, mobile, contact numbers are missing on the paper. The parcel eD picked from M/'s MM Enterprise, Uttam Nagar, Delhi by Ship rocket. The moisturing floor mat which I made order was not that for which I made order. I personally visited Uttam Nagar to enquire about the quality, but no such firm is there.
I send mail to ship rocket to inform me from which address they have picked the package
Instead of giving address. They have resolved the case at their end and not informing the details of m/'sMMENTERPRISES. It seems M/'s Shiprocket company is involved N bogus supplies and keep the cod money with them.
In future I will not accept any couriour from M/'s Shiprocket Co.
