- Wrong Defected water purifier installed by livpure ^Closed

I received a call direct from livpure (Agent Name Dharmendra contact no **********, whatsapp No. **********) on **-**-**** for asking me to buy a livpure water purifier. The agent offered me for uv + uf worth rupees ****/-. But i said to him i didn't know the TDS level of water in my area so before ordering i should have got the water TDS checked . But he convinced me to place the order and made sure that firstly the engineer would check the water TDS level in your area. If this model would not fulfilled the requirements of your area then company will replace your product or the product will be returned within the ** days after installation. .
But the engineer directly install the water purifier and after that when he checked the tds, The tds of input water (normal tap water)is *** to *** and the output(filtered water) is *** to ***.. and the person who installed the water purifier inter-changed the internal pipe many times. Seems that he didn't have knowledge of this model. It is not installed properly. One more thing is that the water is smelly and when we boil the water (output water/filtered water) then there are too many salts like Efflorescence appeared. I have complained about it many times to customer care and the selling agent(Agent Name Dharmendra contact no **********, whatsapp No. **********) of livpure but did not receive any positive response.

The water is nor healthy neither tasty.

My old RO was better than it.
