Idea is sending service messages to customers and even if customer is not responding, they are deducting the amount from account with their own choice by sending a message to the customer that service has been chosen from your side. This has happened with me multiple times. When I asked to refund my money back, customer support didn't help me for the same. Please take action on this matter as in every one or two months gap, I am facing this issue with idea.
