I ordered Motorola G ** *G(Meteorite grey) *gb ram, *** gb internal memory, mobile phone from flipkart amounting ₹***** and i paid it through part credit card and part cash on delivery as well, for which i was deliverd wrong colour and that too was a broken/defective piece, as there was a visible opening from the side panel of the phone which keeps popping out and closing on pressure. I had requested flipkart to provide me refund but they keep rejecting my request and I am stuck with the defective phone since then. Now in a case when i need to claim the warranty for my phone in near future, the company would straight away deny my complaint as the invoice given is for METEORITE GREY coloured phone and the phone delivered to me is different colour (white lily). I bought this phone from my hard earned money and flipkar customer care people are not giving any time or attention to my problem. I'm mentally frustrated because of their act. Please help me get my refund back as flipkart has a return policy but not willing to payup.
