Dear sir and mam
icici amazon pay card holder
since **** useing icici card
previous month i paid my credit card bill partially before due date and complete after * days but this month i got charged **k intrest so coustumer support said intrest would be on total outstanding my total outstanding is *,**,*** previous month including new spend without **k intrest that got imposed this month
as per my calculation
rate of intrest *.*% per month
*,**,*** *.*% will be ****
**% gst would be ****
total charge i should got imposed as per your intrest rate would be *,*** why **,***
i requested icici bank for reversal but when you denied i calculated intrest how intrest is
calculating done by your side
you are doing scam with your coustumer by say *.* % intrest and chargeing around **% monthly
if you are not giveing me reversal of extra charge you imposed
give biref explanation about your charges you imposed on me if you are calculating intrest day by day make an statement of my intrest charge of ** day day by day charges you imposed
