I had ordered a Black Silk Saari ( https://www.banarasstyle.com/product-detail/designer-black-colored-silk-saree/*** ) but I received a blue sari with very poor quality.
-- When I asked for a refund, they said they will charge me *** Rs for processing (wrong product to me) and I will have to ship it back to them myself with bearing shipping charge.
-- Also, they said they will not refund the money but add it to the wallet on their website and I will have to buy again from them only.
-- I have followed with them approximately * times via email as they don't pick the phone.
They are keeping my money hostage and forcing me to buy only from them even they sent the wrong and poor quality product. It's hard earned money and doesn't feel good being told that "You Have To Buy From Us"
I have read a few very bad feedbacks about them so I can't take one more risk at any cost, so please help me to get my money back and teach this site a lesson.
