I ordered a saree online worth rs ***+*** COD charges+** delivery charges. The product was delivered which was much cheaper than the original one. Colour and quality totally different than what I ordered. I tried writing a mail to them. Their email ID is none functional. All the contact numbers provided are switched off. On website product delivery is not updated, hence I cannot apply for exchange or return. According to their policy this should be done within seven days. The product was delivered on */**/****. This way I shall never be able to apply for refund.
