I have taken a plan of * months from Timbl broadband where the speed is mentioned of ** mbps and at the time of installation it take * days to install and start the connection and after that there is literally no speed in the day time even we cannot send a what's app text so i contacted the technician guy he said will do something but not any action taken so i registered a complaint from the application of timbl on **th june **** and still now the issue was not fixed i contacted the ceo of company kapil dev sharma he just seen the mssge and ignore no response from him and after some complaint online a technical guy visit on **th july **** and checked the cables and said that there is the issue with router or cable so i updated him that at night the router works totally fine but in the day time there is no speed so he said that router will be changed next day after ignoring my calls he came at *:** p.m and changed the router and till now that router is not configured so i am not able to use the wifi and this is worst service that i am getting and they are not answering the calls as well
And even though am also not sure while cancellation of the services they will give me my refund or not fraud company
