I have recently made my package as per TRAI's regulation, but the channels which I have included within the pack were not showing, there was still an error message stating "This channel is not in your package". Then I tried to call them a thousand time, I emailed them, I asked for a callback on their website, no response from them. My family cannot watch tv and they are deducting my account balance without giving any kind of support. This is the worst customer service I have experienced to date.
