I bought one belt on * April ****. I returned it on * April **** because it started getting cut by buckle edge. I wanted a refund straight away. Delay in response from levis on email and no response on customer care no. Highly incorrect customer service FYI. Now they rejected the refund request. I do have all bill /phots of belt/belt submission receipt. Please do the needful.
