I got a call from the website about an offer and that I had to buy products from the website to avail it and I bought clothes worth ****. Further I got a call that I had to pay rupees ***** in the name registration Charges to avail the offer which I did. The next day they wanted me to pay about ***** more as some insurance charges which I denied and asked for a refund of the previously paid amount. This they denied and have been rude since then. The clothes delivered worth **** are of very poor quality and have quality / Defective issues. Also they are very rudely denying the refund of the rest of the amount (*****)and insisting on choosing from products on their website worth *****.
