My wife, aged ** years booked berth in Intricity smart bus from.Bangalore to Eluru on **.**.****. her boarding point is Madiwala bus stop. She reached well in advance to the boarding point. The bus driver, Bus No NL-**-B-****, has not stopped the bus at the said boarding point and gone far away to the next unknown stop . Hd contacted my wife over phone and shouted at her to come to that unknown stop. My wife with a huge luggage could not go that point as she was waiting at the booked boarding point . On asking the driver why he hasnt stopped the bus at her boarding point, again that driver shouted at my wife and used unparliamentary language and insulted her. He repeatedly shouted at my wife to reach the point where the bus stopped which my wife has no idea. This caused anxiety and heart pain to my wife due to the shouting of that driver and she became helpless. She fainted and almost just about to fall down. She is new to Bangalore and she could not ask any local people help as she don't know local language. Though she is a woman, that intricity bus driver humiliated her with filthy language and shouted her again and again. The bus driver mobile number is **********.
