- Worst behaviour of Bus driver ^Open

I and my wife encountered worst experience with private bus travels(Veera and Sri Kaleswari travels) operated from Bangalore to Jammalamadugu. We booked this travels via Redbus on **st January **** and paid around Rs.****.

As the Driver's behaviour is worst and unacceptable, his name is Dwarshala Narasimha. About the incident as we were late for * mins to onboard bus due to unexpected high traffic, without knowing this the bus driver used rude language and behaved disrespectful towards me and my wife. He did not even listen when we try to explain the cause of late onboarding. He doesn't even know how to treat passengers. He keeps on talking rudely for long time and used degrading language on us and also keep on telling other passengers beside him that these kind of people should travel in RTC buses instead of Private travels. We find this behaviour completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We were disappointed by the way treated us during the journey. We suffered mentally after booking sleeper and could not able to sleep during entire journey. We expect professional behaviour especially such circumstances.
We would appreciate it if you address this matter to bus travels.
We would need the full refund amount and an apology from the driver/bus travels.
