I have been using Airtel postpaid *** plan and i wasn't happy with net speed or network coverage.. i have filed complaint * month back but till now there is no resolution neither update recieved. Now customer care is least bothered to concern my issues and not getting proper response from them.. I'm not even able to open airtel app to raise complaint.. I'm using jio net to access airtel app but unable to raise complaint as it's showing u have ongoing complaint which is very worse..
If we dnt pay bill ontime we get dues and what if we are not getting proper service for what we are paying?
