Today morning an sales executive called and started explaining about their plan and product, i have denied and told about my dis interest and close the call, after sometime have received sms that " Dear Customer, thank you for choosing OneAssist Wallet Assist privilege Plan. Rs.**** will be charged against the plan on your ICICI Bank Debit/ Credit Card in next few days. for any queries, call on ***-******** between **:** a.m. to **:** p.m. from Monday to Saturday".
Post that i called the given number and ICICI customer care but they both denied refunding the amount and said they can cancel the service but no refund on this.
How can they do this, it’s very unprofessional. I want not to be charged for the services which i have not consented.
