- Without Confirmation insurance policy amount deducted ^Open

M Basit filed this complaint against Cigna Manipal Insurance Company Hyderabad on Aug 20, 2025

I have taken the Health insurance policy from Cigna Manipal Health Insurance Company few years back for my family for the Sum of Rs.******/- (Rupees three lakh only) and paid the amount on time every year. Further every year the policy amount will deduct in August month from Auto debit mode and this month in the year **** suddenly the Cigna Manipal Health Insurance Company has upgraded the policy from *L to *L without my confirmation and they just send simple messages for reminders and when I called and talked to Customer care given in the message and clearly told not to upgrade the policy and hold also because I want change in the policy.
In view of the above, I am filing this complaint against the Cigna Manipal Health Insurance Company for deducted the amount without my confirmation.
