I had placed a withdrawal on December *th for an amount of INR **** and the platform shows it as processed on December *th. After not receiving the money or any update until the December **th a ticket was raised by support which has been untouched till date i.e December **th. Please help in getting it fixed, support just keeps requesting for patience and pushing it * day at a time since the past * days.
