I am bhanu ,I am the new user of razorpay ,I am deposited **** amount with my customers ,i wont know its consist of full kyc ,soo i requested many times with emails but they are saying same reasons about kyc ,if kyc done they will refundd my balance but i am unable to complete kyc ,other fact is about there fault is they should accept the payments after kyc ,my money of **** is stuck in that app plz help me ,its happened since *months but no action from them
