- Window AC Pathetic service ^Open

Really Frustrated with Ideal cool control service Mr Sunil. **+**********
In April *st week, Window AC was installed.Started problem from *th day and ac stopped working , I had given the complaint.
It took ** days to him to respond on the complaint and sent two persons.They repaired and replaced damaged parts of AC .After * days, they concluded will not work.
I have waited for * more days for the replacement and no response from him .I kept on calling him daily evening, Once he lifted and agreed to refund the whole money after ** minutes discussion,
But from that time he is not lifting my phone call again.

We are residing at top floor, with my ** month kid and unable to face the Gurgaon summer heat and no ac service since ** days.

I tried to locate the shop and realized that was not a proper address at sikendarpur metro station (** is the pillar number ).

Pathetic service and response.
Need refunds (****/- rent + advance ****/-)

Beaware and please share your valuable inputs how to get rid of this concern.
