Bought Orient UV Sanitiser Box in May **** through Amazon. Product started malfunctioning since Sep end. October lodged formal complaint and in Oct Last Mr Rajesh visited my place and not able to repair. I have dropped box to his service centerin Nov.Not heard after that again. IN THIS COVID TIME, UV SANITISATION IS VERY IMPORTANT. I need fare compensation of my harassment now. Lodged a complaint today with National Consumer Forum No*******.Culprit-Rajesh Yadav-**********,Vijay-********** & orient electric
