Wazirx, has disabled INR deposits, as markets have crashed, hence they are not allowing user to deposit money to invest ,when the markets are down, in the fear that people might get rich, in the next bull run of the crypto boom. This has been going on for a while and twitter is full of complaints. Inverstors want to buy crypto when the market is down, so that they can turn that into a profit in the future. WazirX's P*P is filled with scalpers who are selling USDT Crypto at a mark up price. Which is leading a loss for small time investors
