Www.*gud.com (flipcart) is a fraud website for buying mobile phones. I have bought a mobile phone through www.*gud.com vide order no.-OD****************** on **.**.**** with ** months warranty but after ** days the touchpad is not working. I have contacted www.*gud.com customer care and I have been told to lodge warranty service request to F* solution & services centre. Accordingly, I have lodged warranty service request to F* solution & service centre vide Call No: JOKH*************. But on **/**/** I have received a call from F* solution & services that it is liquid damage so the warranty cannot be provided. But I am sure water has never entered into my mobile phone and if it is liquid damage how the touch screen is working and touchpad not working. So it implies the frauds of the company. So I want to refund my money.
