I am writing to report a serious deficiency in service and unfair trade practice by Longway regarding my **L Water Geyser.
I registered a warranty/service request on November **, **** (Ticket No: LW/********/*****). Despite more than a month passing, the company has failed to honor the warranty terms or provide the necessary resolution.
Under the Consumer Protection Act and the Indian Contract Act, the company is legally obligated to fulfill the warranty terms promised at the time of sale. Their persistent inaction has caused significant inconvenience, leading me to file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline/Forum on December **, **** (Docket No: *******).
